Students must provide accurate booking information, communicate respectfully, and pay for sessions as agreed during checkout.

6. Payments and Refunds

All session payments are due at booking. If a session is canceled, refund decisions are based on the cancellation timing, tutor availability, and any documented platform issue.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use GenZearn to harass others, upload fraudulent content, share unlawful material, or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

GenZearn branding, content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute platform materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GenZearn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
